We accept bookings up to a few hours before your desired pick-up time, subject to vehicle availability. However, for special occasions like weddings or large events, we advise booking several weeks in advance to secure your preferred vehicle and avoid disappointment.

Yes, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. If you need to make changes to your reservation, such as altering the pick-up time, location, or vehicle type, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can be made free of charge up to 2 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Changes requested within 2 hours of the pick-up time may be subject to availability and additional charges.

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

  • Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time: Full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time: May incur a cancellation fee up to the full amount of the booking.

We recommend contacting us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your service. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
