2. Reservations and Payments
a. Booking: Reservations can be made online, by phone, or via email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
b. Payment: We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and other electronic payment methods. Full payment is typically required at the time of booking or as specified during the reservation process.
c. Cancellations and Refunds:
- Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will be refunded in full.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hour before the pickup time may incur a cancellation fee up to the full amount of the booking.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
d. Changes to Reservations: Any changes to your reservation, including pickup time, location, or vehicle type, must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
3. Service Use
a. Passenger Responsibility: Passengers are responsible for ensuring they arrive at the designated pickup location on time. Logan Limousine Car Service is not responsible for delays caused by passengers’ late arrivals.
b. Behavior: Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner during their journey. Any behavior that is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or illegal may result in the termination of service, with no refund provided.
c. Damage to Vehicles: Passengers will be held financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence, misconduct, or failure to adhere to the rules set by the chauffeur.
d. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles. Any violation of this policy may result in a cleaning fee.
4. Chauffeur and Vehicle Availability
a. Chauffeur Availability: We strive to provide consistent and timely service; however, there may be instances where a specific chauffeur or vehicle is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement.
b. Vehicle Substitution: While we make every effort to provide the exact vehicle requested during booking, we reserve the right to substitute a similar vehicle if necessary. Substitutions will be made to ensure that the service meets or exceeds the original booking requirements.
5. Limitation of Liability
a. Service Interruptions: Logan Limousine Car Service is not liable for any delays, interruptions, or failures in service caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or vehicle malfunctions.
b. Loss or Damage: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in our vehicles. Passengers are advised to take their belongings with them at the end of the service.
c. Third-Party Links: Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties and recommend reviewing their terms and conditions before using their services.
